The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) serves as a vital government department tasked with facilitating the recruitment process of employees into the Public Service of Tanzania. Established under the Public Service Act No. 8 of 2002, PSRS operates with the vision to become a Center of Excellence in Public Service Recruitment within the region. Our mission is to conduct recruitment using modern approaches while upholding principles of equity, transparency, and meritocracy.
