As a Sales and Reservation Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our exceptional safari experiences and expanding our customer base.

1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
2. Identify and target key market segments to maximize business opportunities.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and partners.
5. Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
6. Represent Fastlink Safaris at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

1. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
4. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Flexibility to travel as required.
