Primary Responsibilities:

  • Possess and continually improve your product knowledge to provide customers with an authentic outfitting experience.
  • Receive and input customer orders through our ecommerce channel.
  • Execute department processes and procedures while meeting productivity goals.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to the Customer Service Leadership team.
  • Report site and systems problems and/or enhancement opportunities.
  • Continually build your fundamental knowledge of the retail services and product categories offered at Eastern Mountain Sports and Bob’s Stores.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience using Google Apps (Gmail) or similar business applications.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent self-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle a large volume of data.
  • Quiet work from home environment with limited distraction.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask to ensure no customer is left behind.
  • Previous experience in a retail or eCommerce environment.
