Job Description:

AB Bank Zambia is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Branch Admin Assistant at our Solwezi Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall branch administration and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Maintain effective records management systems.
  • Manage inventory and fleet efficiently.
  • Handle general branch administration tasks.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a resident of Solwezi.
