Responsibilities

As the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in steering the company towards success. Your duties and responsibilities include:

1. Implementing the company’s policies as formulated by the Board of Directors.
2. Executing suggestions approved by the Board of Directors.
3. Submitting plans, summary reports, and balance sheets to the Board of Directors before the annual meeting.
4. Providing proposals and suggestions for business improvement.
5. Conducting joint business activities for the company and acting as its representative in all transactions.
6. Signing normal business documents on behalf of the company.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Transport, Economics, Management, Commerce, or Shipping.
  • OR
• Master Mariner/Holder of Master Certificate Shore Based with over 5 years of work experience.

With a minimum of seven (7) years of work experience in the Transportation Sector or Maritime-related Institutions, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the role.

Remuneration

The remuneration for this position will be as per the SINOTASHIP Salary Scale, offering a competitive compensation package.
