Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Internship Travel Sales Consultant in our offices in Moshi. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the travel industry, with the potential for continued employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of quoting and booking travel arrangements for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting guests with their travel needs.
• Learn and understand our range of travel products and services to effectively promote them to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle administrative tasks related to travel bookings and documentation.

Requirements:

• Training in the hospitality or IT fields.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong familiarity with geography and lodges in Tanzania.
• Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
• Willingness to work hard and learn.
• Graduated candidates interested in continuing in a permanent position are preferred.
