This year, Deloitte seeks candidates interested in building careers in Audit, Tax & Legal, Risk Advisory, and Consulting.

• Audit: Deloitte’s Audit service utilizes a comprehensive methodology to bring extensive resources to audit engagements efficiently and effectively.
• Tax & Legal: The Tax & Legal team offers integrated tax and business services, tailored to meet client needs across various impact areas.
• Risk Advisory: This function provides solutions in cybersecurity, strategy, regulation, and controls to help clients connect trust, resilience, and security.
• Consulting: Deloitte’s Consulting Department supports clients’ strategic agendas in growth, business improvement, and strategic transformation.

Main Purpose of the Job:

Deloitte Tanzania seeks dynamic individuals to join their Audit, Tax, Consulting, and Risk Advisory teams as Associates/Business Analysts under the 2024 Annual Graduate Recruitment Program.

In this role, you will support high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Job Description:

• Learn and apply Deloitte standards, procedures, and methodologies.
• Ensure assigned work is completed within agreed time frames and budgets.
• Keep abreast of technical developments in the profession.
• Develop productive working relationships with client staff.
• Manage information security risk in client engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division or equivalent.
• Graduated in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
• A-Level – Division 1 or equivalent.
• O-Level – Division 1 or equivalent with at least B in Mathematics and English.
• Tanzanian citizenship.

Required Competencies:

• Results-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work under supervision and learn new skills.
• Focus on quality and risk.
• Well-developed computer user skills.
