How to Pay Vehicle Fine via Mobile Phone

If you have checked your vehicle number and found a fine that needs to be paid, you can use the convenient method of making payments through your mobile phone to clear your outstanding fine.

1. Open the payment menu, such as Airtel Money, M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, or Halo Pesa.
2. Choose the number associated with paying bills.
3. Some networks will give you a menu to enter the company number. If so, choose it and enter 001001. Then, input the reference number found on the fine receipt or TMS received online [https://tms.tpf.go.tz/].
4. Other networks may provide an option to enter the reference number at the end and then input the company number. In the reference number, enter the TMS receipt number, and in the company number, input 001001.
5. After that, enter the payment amount.
6. Finally, input your PIN number. Your fine will be settled.
